From start to finish, the whole experience was wonderful! The dispatcher that took my call was super helpful and sweet and she was able to get my technician to my home the same day at a time that was perfect for my work schedule. When he arrived (at the beginning of the appointment time slot no less-so no extra wait time for me!), Larry was very friendly and courteous as he explained what was wrong and how to fix it. The service itself was very affordable and performed quickly, with no mess left behind. They turned my water heater nightmare into a quick, pleasant fix and I will definitely be using them again!
