Rod Gill review about company Simon Fletcher Plumbing and Heating

I previously had an issue with my back boiler where one of Simon’s friendly team visited very promptly and did a fine job, this year my fireplace was in need of the annual inspection and I had a leaking tap so I decided to hire the services of Simon Fletcher plumbing and heating a second time, however I was rather disappointed. After arranging for someone to visit and ensuring I was in all day, none one came, after attempting to contact their engineer by mobile phone I also had no luck. If the engineer was too busy just a courtesy call would have sufficed and I would have been happy to rearrange on another day. I will seek the services of another Plumber next time that is possibly more reliable.
