patrice review about company Connelly Sons Plumbing

I recently December 6 ,2018 used this company to install my water heater,I originally got an estimate for 650.00. the water heater had to picked up and he did that which would raise the price a little and I was okay with that. When he arrived with the heater he decided to take a look at what the job would be. He asked me what was the estimated cost of the installation and I told him 650.00 he told me that it would cost more, because he would have to replace the copper piping, but the never gave me a different price. when he came back the following day, started the job t it completed the job and gave me a bill for 900.00. later I discovered the threshold board underneath the basement door was damaged, I called he came in took the damaged wood too it with him and so far this has not been fixed. When I thought it could not get any worst, Today I went on to my back porch and saw where this guy left the unused and discarded materials from the installation of the water heater in a black bag for me to get rid of. You decide if this is what one would expect from a heating and plumbing company. I find it redeeming to know that I am not the only one who experienced a problem with this company
