My experience wasn't nice, I contacted the engineer to come around and take a look for a quotation to exchange my boiler, I told them I want to buy a brand new one, the engineer told me that in the next day they will contact me to let me know the quotation, so I kept waiting and no one contacted, I called Installation gas, and they said that was impossible to replace my boiler, basically they refused to do the job, I am completely unsatisfied.
