I had water pouring out of a waste drain in my flat, making its way down to the flat below. I called Mario and he came round immediately, fixed the problem, and charged me what he said he would. He was professional, pleasant and kindly complimentary about d.i.y. work I had previously done in the flat. What perfect customer service. Thank you Mario.
