I have used Spokane Rooter twice in the last year. Once for an inspection prior to purchasing my house, and then recently due to a flooding basement drain. In both instances Spokane Rooter was easy to get ahold of, had appointments that worked with my schedule, and presented as extremely friendly and professional. He offered helpful suggestions for routine maintenance I could do to avoid future issues and it was super nice having the prices easily listed on his website.
