Great service all around. My boiler stopped working on a Sunday morning. Made one call, agent picked up quickly. Service person Tom came out at 1pm, put a temporary solution in place to get the heat on quickly. Offered me temporary electric heaters free of charge to keep my family warm. The boiler was old and needed to be replaced. Joe from sales came to the house the same day (Sunday evening). He provided no-pressure recommendations that worked best for my family’s needs. Joe recommended energy grants that I could apply for and set up a consultation with a energy inspector. George the technician install the boiler at a time the was convenient for me. He was polite and hard working. He respected my house, took extra care to keep everything clean. It was a difficult installation, took about 12 hours to complete. George worked hard the whole time and made sure the work was done correctly. George’s workmanship is skillful, neat and tidy. I am happy with the whole experience. I will use Enercare again and recommend them highly.
