Dial One Johnson provided us with excellent, fast service. James B. was an excellent plumber, replaced our two water heater in one day and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend this company and James B. And today he found a leak in one of our water pipes, repaired it quickly and efficiently. James B. explains everything and provides options for repairs. Even suggested that I take the repair bill to the City for a possible adjustment in our last water bills. I never would have thought to do that, but the City was very agreeable. Thanks James!
