Jimmy Stradley review about company John Hobby Jr Plumbing-Heating Inc

Worst customer service of any company i have ever dealt with. Female office worker would rather argue on the phone when asked to email a copy of a bill, and 4 times in one week had to have a plumber over for separate problems 2 out of the 4 were corrected the other two were an obvious lack of knowledge or training. The technician was a nice guy but nice doesn't fix the problem or adjust the gross amount that they charged to NOT fix the problem. One charge however was reversed when I explained that local plumber just had to change the filter for the oil burner to correct the problem. Will never use this company again.
