when I called customer service I didn't need to wait for an hour and listen to the music, I was promptly connected to a rep who was very polite and attentive to my special needs. The appointment was scheduled at the time convenient for me. The service guy came in time and also was very polite and very experienced. He figured out what was wrong with the furnace in no time, fixed the issue and stayed didn't rush out right away but waited until we saw it was really working. He patiently answered all our questions. Great service.
