Des Detboi review about company The Dublin Plumber
An utterly shambolic service. Rude phone manners and a cowboy approach to your problems. I called them out to have a look at my pump, without even looking at it they where trying to say the pump had to be replaced at a price of €540 or €900. Later that night I got a second opinion and the pump was fixed within minutes, it was a simple solution. the only reason Im giving them 1 star is because I have to. 0 out 5 for not only customer service but been totally untrustworthy.
Pat the plumber had my boiler running in minutes. SImple water pressure issue. HIghly recommended, very knowledgeable and responsives serviceman.
Never showed up. On the day of the appointment didn't want to return my calls nor sms messages. Completely ignored me.
