Charlotte Humphrey review about company Foley Plumbing

Wouldn’t bring my business anywhere else. Honest, on time, confirms and follows up on appointments, explains the job to satisfaction. I can’t remember the last time I dealt with a company with this polished approach! Let’s face it: no one is ever happy about having to deal with or pay for the cost of this kind of service, but when it is handled properly and the transaction is the cleanest part of the job, do yourself a favor and call Foley Plumbing. The two technicians, Terry and Patrick, who came to our home to do the work, were professional and clean. They took the time to answer questions and share their findings as they proceeded. When I had a more in-depth question, they continued to be polite and informative. Before even starting the job, Patrick insisted to my 90 year old mother, to allow him to speak with one of her children so that he could explain the job thoroughly so that there was no confusion or thought that an elderly was being taken advantage of! I mean, who does this? I applaud them. I was thoroughly impressed. When Terry and Patrick left at the end of their long work day, our property was left in the best condition possible in light of all the work performed. They let us know when they were leaving for lunch, when they were done and again, available to answer any of my questions.
